Configure and Schedule a new version of an existing pipeline

Configure and Schedule
A new version of the pipeline doesn't carry forward Logs, Metrics, Metadata, Run history, Schedules, Authorization Policies of the previous version.
Pipeline configurations are not inherited from a previous version and need to be inputted by the user.
The user can import directly the schedule and triggers into the new version, by selecting the option: "Use schedule and triggers from the previous version" in the Schedule drop down.
When I create a new pipeline, the schedules of the older pipeline should be disabled, so that no new runs start with the older version of the pipeline.
