Make netty-http into an OSGi bundle

Description

Making netty-http into an OSGi bundle will make it very easy for it to be used in OSGi runtimes. Provided that many of the dependencies are themselves OSGi bundles, it would make sense to make netty-http as an OSGi bundle as well.

I have already done the relevant work to make it into an OSGi bundle, and here is the link to the PR https://github.com/caskdata/netty-http/pull/20
