Here's a PR to use the new recipe in `hadoop_wrapper`: https://github.com/caskdata/coopr-templates/pull/33

I think that this will be resolved once I import the latest cookbooks into the repository and update the templates.

There is an issue with the cookbook. We are missing the creation of a directory in HDFS that the HistoryServer needs. I will get to this, but it needs to be prioritized.

I tried to provision a cluster , I used the "Cask DAP (CDAP) with Security and Secure Hadoop cluster on a single node" with "Rackspace Public Cloud" and added the service "hadoop-mapreduce-historyserver" and hit create.
It failed at 87% when tried to start the hadoop-mapreduce-historyserver.
due to this i was also not able to register the cluster and beam , as the cluster status was not active.
