Recipe appears to function. Have spun up a working MR JHS using Coopr.

Pretty sure that this was caused by missing some directories. I think that I have it fixed, but I haven't verified the bug exists to know if I am fixing it.

When trying to spin up a cdh 5.1 cluster via Coopr, historyserver would not come up. The error message indicated user mapred was attempting to write to hdfs '/' but didn't have permissions to do so. that's all the info I have at this time.
