Specifically, it tells you to refresh the page instead of whatever error message the backend returns. 400 is supposed to indicate a bad request. Trying again isn't supposed to make any difference. The UI should instead display the error message.

This is especially annoying when creating an adapter. If you give bad configuration, you have no idea what is wrong. Then the error tells you to try refreshing the page and you lose everything you had put in.
