Show max concurrent runs limit in trigger UI

Description

By default max concurrent runs limit for triggers is 1 and it is not shown in UI which gives incorrect impression to the users that the triggers are not working correctly.

We should give an option to configure this limit while creating the triggers as well display this config in the UI when the trigger details are shown.
