Change layout and content for the Pipeline List View - Draft Pipelines

As a CDAP user, I want to be able to view the list and current status pipelines that have been deployed or have been created and saved as a draft.
The user can tab between the two view of Deployed and Draft pipeline and access different information.
DRAFT PIPELINES
In draft pipeline view, the user sees a list of all the pipeline that have been saved but not deployed.
The following columns and information are displayed:
Pipeline Name
Type
Created by
Created on

Pipeline Name
Names of the pipelines - This column is select by default to display the pipelines organized alphabetically A to Z

Type
The column displays the type (Batch or Realtime) associated to each pipeline. When the header is selected, the pipelines are sorted alphabetically.

Edited from
When the draft is a version of an existing pipeline, column displays the name of the original pipeline.

Created by
The name of the user who has saved this draft is displayed. When the user sorts by this column the names are organized alphabetically

Created on
This column contains the date and time of when the draft was last saved.
