BigQuery as sink:- Partitioning type(Integer) does not reflect any error even when no "Range" is selected when table already exists or table does not exists

Description

When using BigQuery as sink ,Partitioning type(Integer) does not reflect any error even when no "Range" is selected
even when table already exists or table does not exists

Steps to reproduce:-

1.Open the BigQuery Sink
2.Click on properties.
3.Go to Partitioning type
4.Select INTEGER type
5.Do not enter any values for Range Start (inclusive),Range End (exclusive)and Range Interval
6.Validate the properties
7.No error reflected

Expected result:-

INTEGER Partitioning type should ask for mandatory fields and should be ignored only if a previous table exists , as per the documentation.
