Time datatype is not supported in Salesforce Sink plugin

Description

Salesforce Sink plugin does not support Time salesforce datatype. Deployed pipeline shows this error:

Failed to create row with error: 'INVALID_FIELD:Failed to deserialize field at col 16. Due to, '00:15' is not a valid value for the type xsd:time:<column_name>__c --'. BatchId='7515i00000JFamFAAT'
