Ingest JSON Data Type to BigQuery via Data Fusion BigQuery Sink Plugin

Description

BigQuery has been supporting JSON as a type for about 15 months now [1]

Yet BQ sink plugin (v0.19.0) it doesn't offer that type as an option.
