Window Aggregation : N_TILE function breaks with BQ pushdown

Description

Pipeline :

BQ → WINDOW AGG → SINK

COnfig :
N_Tile(age,1,false) , attaching screenshot for more.

1. This succeeds in Spark

2. BQ throws :

com.google.cloud.bigquery.BigQueryException: The argument to NTILE must be a literal or query parameter at [1:44]
