, discussed this with and . The conclusion was to disable it still we can fully support it. Connection management is not yet supported for other streaming plugins as well. However, don’t mind if it is supported with doc update.

- why do we want to remove conn mgmt for this? Can we not doc that if checkpointing is enabled, changes to connection will not be in effect?
