patch-level repositories

Description

We should start populating repos for specific patch versions, ie:

repository.cask.co/.../cdap/4.2.0

Benefits:

  • gives the user more control over patch versions. currently, Ambari installs can only be done per repo, so the user can't select a specific patch version.

  • coopr installs can be made more flexible, by not having to specify the package iteration number.
