The {cdap} user's home directory is misconfigured on the cloud sandboxes.

The packer build runs the cdap cookbook's sdk recipe, which creates the install path directory, and then creates the user specifying the install path as home:

However, for some reason, the user's configured home is /home/cdap:

which doesn't exist and leads to warnings such as:

Nothing obvious at the OS level in /etc/login.defs or similar
