Unused setting kafka.broker.quorum is added to cdap-site.xml

Description

kafka.seed.brokers is the right setting name.

kafka.broker.quorum looks very similar to kafka.seed.brokers, and it is confusing. Many times people set kafka.broker.quorum when they intend to set kafka.seed.brokers leading to errors.

looks like cdap_cookbook is setting both: https://github.com/caskdata/cdap_cookbook/blob/master/attributes/config.rb#L30

I'll remove the kafka.broker.quorum
