cdap singlenode logs fill up the root partition

Description

Clusters instantiated using cdap singlenode templates write logs to root partition which is only 9 G. Hence the root partition gets filled up in a day or two. I notice we have a /data partition with about 1 T size. It would be a good idea to write logs into the bigger partition to overcome this issue.

btw - I verified this behavior on cdap singlenode secure template, I assume the same behavior on the insecure template too.

resolving per Chris

I am not marking this as resolved until it's been proven. This has been a major undertaking, involving tens of PRs across multiple repos. I want to make sure that all of my ducks are in a row.

, I'll make them consistent.

Before we mark it as resolved, the yarn logs go into directory /data/log while the other logs go into directory /data/logs. It would be good to make it consistent.

Here's the PR. In the future, a little more detail would be appreciated. Hadoop and its family of services have a ton of different logs which all require configuring. Finding the one that isn't configured isn't the easiest when you're working in the dark.
