Support MapR distribution

There is also a cookbook from the serengeti project at https://github.com/vmware-serengeti/serengeti-pantry/tree/master/cookbooks/mapr, but is also integrated with a larger "pantry" which includes their own hadoop cookbook.

It should be noted that there are some existing cookbooks at https://github.com/boorad/mapr_cookbooks. However:

1) it does not appear to be maintained anymore, and seems to be specific to v3.0.2
2) it is not just a cookbook but an entire chef repository, which doesn't make it easy to use as a general tool
3) I attempted to extract the cookbook parts but still could not get it to work.

therefore it is apparent that a cookbook in the vein of the hadoop cookbook is the best path forward
