Hydrator Upgrade should refer to an "Access Token"

Description

On http://docs.cask.co/cdap/3.4.0-SNAPSHOT/en/cdap-apps/hydrator/upgrade.html, we have:

if you have authentication turned on, you also need to store an authentication token in a file and pass the file to the tool:

In our security section and examples, we call it an "Access Token"
http://docs.cask.co/cdap/3.4.0/en/admin-manual/security.html#testing-security. Needs to be updated to match.

access token is passed directly, not as JSON as shown in the security example.
