This is because audit logs are published to kafka, with 4.0 we will be getting rid of zookeeper and kafka in standalone and replacing the audit log publishing to a transactional messaging system.

After sleeping my laptop, and reopening, Tracker fails to send messages, and audit, usage, and tracker home pages have no data. After shutting down all cdap processes, and restarting cdap, Tracker is still fails to send messages. cdap.log and cdap-debug.log attached
