Also, there is no "unrecoverable reset" API. There is only a namespace delete API

Why is this weird? This is the namespace delete API. It should delete the namespace.

performing unrecoverable reset on a namespace also deletes the namespace itself which seems like a weird behavior to delete the entity itself. It should just delete everything in that namespace and not the namespace itself.
