Kafka server in SDK writes data to /tmp/ instead of $SDK_HOME/data

Description

Kafka server which is started in SDK writes to /tmp/kafka-logs directory instead of data. The configuration in cdap-site.xml is pointing to right directory path. Not sure if this is over-ridden

Don't see this issue happen. But seeing a folder called ${local.data.dir}/kafka-logs. Resolving this as fixed.
