Kafka Pack needs a Kafka-0.9 module

Description

It only has 0.7 and 0.8. If I try to use the 0.8 pack with a 0.9 Kafka, I get exceptions:

To reproduce, change the kafka version from 0.8.2.2 to 0.9.0.0 in the pom for the cdap-kafka-ingest-guide, and run the flow against a Kafka 0.9 broker.
