UI for services with ability to execute methods

Description

We should have a UI (similar to Procedures) that allows a user to execute service methods (i.e. endpoints) from the UI.

Already have this in 2.8.0 in the angular ui

I saw this feature demoed last Monday. So assigning to UI team to mark as resolved once its merged.

This is a UI change that should probably happen in the new UI so moving this to 3.0.0
