Concurrent spark runs

Description

Today, concurrent runs are only allowed for mapreduce and workflow program types. This is weird because workflows can contain spark programs, so it seems like spark programs should also allow concurrent runs.

I don't think this is resolved.
Perhaps there is a misunderstanding based upon what mentioned.
I think he means that you should be able to start another run of the same spark program, while an initial run is still running. I don't believe this is possible today.

What allowed is running two separate Spark programs concurrently.
