Document how to integrate with an existing Kafka

Description

The question often comes up how to get CDAP to work with an existing Kafka installation. We need to document how to do this, and the requirements for the Kafka integration.

I believe the requirements are (need to confirm):

  • Kafka 0.8x

  • auto.create.topics.enable=true, OR:

  • the following topics pre-created

  • logs, metrics, notifications

We would also need to document what the user can expect when the topic names are changed after CDAP has been running for a while.
