1. Long names in dashboards shows ellipsis but the right side arrow gets hidden under the :after: element of the dashboard tab [will be fixed in CDAP-3531]
2. While adding metrics to a dashboard and when we choose "Add All" we don't check for the #of widgets we add to a dashboard however when we add widgets individually we check for a limit (max of 12). This should be uniform.
3. Empty widgets (no data) should show "No Data". Right now Pie-Charts don't show anything.
