we can view flow page by run-id and the metrics for the events processed by the flowlets are at run-id level.

while for stream, we show the overall events collected at stream, we should also show how much of the stream events are pending. as most of these events could have been processed by the previous run of the flow.

it would be useful to know how much is pending at stream, so the instances can be set appropriately, etc.
