k8s deployments managed by appfabric don't get recreated when image is changed in cdap-operator

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  • Create a CDAP instance deployed on k8s.

  • Change cdap image in cdap-operator.

  • Verify dataprep, delta-assessor and studio pods are not restarted.
