Use chrome v112 for e2e tests, as the tests are failing due to a bug in latest chrome v113

Description

E2E tests are currently failing because of an issue with the current version of chrome (v113). These tests were passing with the previous version of chrome (v112). We need to use chrome v112 on the tests runner (temporarily) until the issues with v113 or later are fixed upstream.

We have upgraded the chrome version on the runner to v114 by rebuilding and redeploying the docker image (which always installs the latest chrome). Downgrading chrome is not recommended, nor supported by the chrome project.

The failing tests passed on chrome 114 eventually, but we noticed that a few steps may have been flaky.
