Difficult to get Export menu to appear when you export a system dataproc profile
Description
For custom namespaces, we can export a default Dataproc profile from the Namespace Admin page and the System Admin > Config page. See
However, when you hover over the three dots in the UI, the circle with the line through appears, indicating that you cannot export the profile.
You have to really click all around the three dots to get the Export option to appear. After many clicks, I was able to get the Export option to appear and then it worked as expected.

I’m using
Chrome versions: Version 103.0.5060.114 (Official Build) (x86_64)

The 6.7.0 cdf instance doesn’t have this problem. I’m not sure if this is just a sandbox thing?

Seems like it is an existing issue and is happening only for 'native'. profile. Observation is that when we click on 3 dots, the menu is not appearing whereas if we click on right side of the 3 dots, the menu appearing. I think we should not allow to export native profile at all, Please confirm
