Pressing "Clear search query" does not load full list of pipelines

Description

  1. Open pipeline list

  2. Enter search that returns no pipelines

  3. Press “Clear search query”

Result: Still See no pipelines

Result in 6.5: “Unexpected error Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'length')”

Expected result: pipeline list with no filter
