On changing the predefined auto scaling policy, no warning logs are shown

Description

Steps to reproduce:-
1. Create a compute profile with `enablePredefinedAutoScaling` set as True.
2. Run the pipeline using that profile
3. Go to GCP console and edit the autoscaling policy created by the pipeline run in (2)
4. Re-run the same pipeline using the same profile
5. Check the logs of pipeline
