Reduce cloud fetch size for db calls - 01

Description

As part of 6.6, we have reduced db fetch size calls from 100 to 10 (basic and enterprise) and 1(developer).

  1. Create a simple pipeline and deploy it.

  2. Run list pipelines api

  3. Verify list pipelines api is returning the pipeline deployed
