Incorrect start service CLI commands in Purchase docs

Description

Under the "Running the Example" section for "Purchase" example docs, the command to start the service says "start flow", but should be "start service".

Also, it should be "start service PurchaseHistory.CatalogLookup" and not "start service PurchaseHistory.CatalogLookupService".
