Wrangler: Parse Simple Date - h:mm AM/PM fails and returns no data

In the UpdateTime column, I select Parse as Simple Date: h:mm AM/PM.

Same for parse-as-simple-date :

MM-dd-yyyy

MM-dd-yy

yyyy-MM-dd

yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss

MM-dd-yyyy 'at' HH:mm:ss with timezone

dd/MM/yy HH:mm:ss

yyyy,MM.dd'T'HH:mm:ss.SSS with RFC timezone

MM.dd.yyyy HH:mm:ss.SSS

EEE, d MMM yyyy HH:mm:ss

EEE, MMM d, 'yy

h:mm AM/PM

H:mm with timezone

Custom formats also failed without meaningful message.

Wrangler returns an error: 

No data. Try removing some transformation steps.

Very short Recipe is attached along with dataset.

Maybe these are not supported based on my strings in UpdateTime column and just need a better error message?
