Manually verified this does not happen in pipeline details page and preview page where this new implementation of runtime arguments are used. Attached are screenshots.
We should add tests for this once we have support for snapshot tests to catch any regression that might happen.

Removing regression label because this new implementation was introduced in 6.2 and the previous implementation of the textbox in runtime arguments was different - not using material guidelines.

Material text field styling in key value widget in runtime arguments modal is messed up. See attached screenshot.
