Connections - a database name persists regardless the status of the connection or the driver.

Databases names are listed, regardless the status of the connection or the driver.
There is no visual indication if the connection has timed out.
In case the driver has been removed, the name of the database is listed and remains enabled When If the user tries to inspect it, it is shown the same databases modal that is displayed when the user wants to add a new database connection. (view attached video)
 
Acceptance Criteria
If a conection has timed out we should include a visual indicator (a warning icon). on hover, a message is displayed.
if a driver is removed the connection is not listed in the connection menu.
