System Admin - Change label of service from Dataprep to Wrangler

Description

We need to use a consistent nomenclature for our applications across CDAP.

In System Admin, we are still using the name "Dataprep" instead of "Wrangler"

I'm seeing the name is changed to "Explore service" from "Dataprep service" - is that correct? I was expecting it to say "Wrangler service."
