Connection page - add an line to add visual distinction between the connection menu and "add connection" button

Currently there is not a visual distinction between the Connections list menu and the the "add connection" button. If the connection list is long it gets cut off in a way that looks visually akward. 

Please add a line to demark the separation between the two areas.
