Data Prep - change label from Column actions to Column names

Description

Please change the label "Column actions" to "Column names". 

During user testing this label has cause great confusion to users. 

Change the link in the dropdown to:

Set all

Cleans

Replace

Release Notes

if we change the name of the menu to Column Names, I feel we should change the menu items to not have the phrase column names, otherwise there's too much redundancy.

How about if we change them to "Set all", "Cleanse", "Replace patterns"
