position of plugin not updated causing arrow to be in the wrong place

Description

to reproduce:
from data prep, "Create Pipeline"
without moving any nodes, add a file source
without moving any nodes, connect file source to wrangler
notice arrow is pointing to the wrong spot (see screenshot)
