When a microservice plugin is selected by default in the microservice dropdown, the Upload JSON and Upload JAR steps should be disabled, since we have already uploaded the JAR and JSON for that plugin before.
However, as can be seen in the gif, the steps are not disabled until the user clicks on them, or clicks Next, which makes for bad user experience.
