In MapR fs, the stream reader sometimes read from invalidate position

Description

Suspects related to the position returned by the underlying input stream is not reflecting the actual position that the stream reader has read up to.

Confirmed with MapR that it's a bug in the MapR fs. Already worked with the MapR team to have it fixed.

This is not a CDAP issue and is reproducible with standalone java code on MapR filesystem. Moving out of 4.1.2
