"Mitigated" meaning that is occurs less frequently?
Or that there is a work-around in existing CDAP?

This is due to the following Apache Tephra issue - https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TEPHRA-235.
However, this issue happens less frequently in CDAP since CDAP buffers changes in memory and doesn't persist data until
canCommit
returns true.
