CDAP should capture and index format of datasets where applicable

TPFS can have avro, parquet and orc formats via Pipeline plugins. This metadata is not captured in the Metadata system. It should be, so you cannot search for all avro datasets for example.

This perhaps applies to other entities in CDAP as well.
