Encrypt/Decrypt Transform Requirements
* User should have the ability to add Encrypt/Decrypt Transform to the ETL pipeline
* User should have the ability to specify the fields to be encrypted / decrypted
* User should have the ability to specify the algorithms
* User to start with is able to specify MD5_{128|256}AES or SHA1_{RC2|DES} algorithm for encrypting
Fields that are not encrypted are passed along without change to output.
