Fixed everything except the label changes. Created a JIRA for that https://issues.cask.co/browse/CDAP-4698

Moving this to 3.4 as there are higher priority bugs in 3.3. Right now in this JIRA only editing the node label is not yet done.

1. The Labels for plugin should be on a different level and not mixed with other plugin configurations. We should have it near plugin version
2. The plugin fields are ordered in a non intuitive way. we should have this in the following order
a. Stream name
b. Duration
c. Delay
d. Format
