Cleanse Column Names directive
The CLEANSE-COLUMN-NAMES directive sanitizes column names, following these rules:
Trims leading and trailing spaces
Lowercases the column name
Replaces any character that are not one ofÂ
[A-Z][a-z][0-9]
 orÂ_
 with an underscore (_
)
