Starting 6.9.1, Java11 is the default runtime environment. We do not have JDBC driver with java11 support uploaded in the hub. All the JDBC drivers that are available in Hub today need to have a version that runs on java11 uploaded.
Each driver has a parent artifact Range. We should update the older driver range to be compatible upto 6.8.9999. Upload a new driver to hub that is valid from 6.9 and higher.
