File Plugin bugs

In the File Batch Sink plugin, when choosing csv, tsv, delimited format, the header data isn’t shown in the output file. This is not dependent on the skipHeader parameter.
In the File Batch Sink plugin, when deleting a field from the output schema, the sink will not honour this action (ie. the sink will output all the fields at the end).
